We are a dedicated and passionate board of directors who truly love what we do. Guiding and growing the Miss Southern Florida pageant is more than just a job—it’s our calling. We are committed to creating a positive, empowering experience for every contestant and take great pride in watching this program and its participants shine.

Meet the Director
At 28 years old, I wear many hats—educator, cheer coach, pageant director—but the most treasured title I hold is “Mom” to my two beautiful children, Austin and Grayli. They are my heart and the reason behind everything I do.
My journey in pageantry began early, having competed in over 15 pageants from the age of 1 through 18. Those experiences helped shape the confident, empowered woman I am today and instilled in me a deep appreciation for the lifelong benefits pageantry offers. From poise and public speaking to friendships and personal growth, pageants were a defining part of my upbringing.
Now, as a pageant director, I am honored to help provide those same opportunities to others through this scholarship organization. I’m passionate about creating an environment where young people can grow, shine, and find their voice. Outside of the pageant world, you’ll find me on the golf course, shopping, or making memories with my babies.
I am endlessly grateful to the Lord for the many blessings in my life and for the chance to serve others through the incredible platform of pageantry.
Director & Choreography: Jaiden Bartlett
Meet the Director
Jaiden Bartlett is a recent graduate of South Florida State College, where she earned her Associate in Science in Dental Hygiene, graduating Cum Laude Phi Theta Kappa. With over seven years of experience in the dental field, Jaiden is passionate about healthcare, helping others feel confident in their smiles, and giving back to her community.
Jaiden is honored to serve as Co-Director and Choreographer for the Miss Southern Florida Pageant with her cousin Brittany. Having competed in over 15 pageants and held titles in systems including DeSoto Watermelon, Miss Arcadia, Miss DeSoto County, Florida Sunburst, and more, she understands firsthand the confidence, leadership, and personal growth pageantry can inspire. With over a decade of cheerleading experience and more than five years of dance, she loves creating routines that showcase each contestant’s unique personality and energy on stage.
Outside of pageantry, Jaiden enjoys volunteering with The Arc Ridge Area, the Special Olympics, and Boys & Girls Club dental clinics. She also enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her fiancé, Auguste, her stepdaughter, Braelyn, and her dog, Terry.
Jaiden loves serving as a director, encouraging young women to be confident in who they are and to use their voices to advocate for the causes and values closest to their hearts. She is passionate about creating a positive environment where every contestant feels empowered to grow, lead, and shine both on stage and in life.
